Service Delivery Manager Job Description and Responsibilities


The role of a Service Delivery Manager is fundamental to the successful running of an organization. Their main function is to identify the needs of clients and companies they are serving, and also oversee the delivery of relevant and applicable services that enable them to meet those specific needs. The role is, more often than not, full-time in nature and the successful candidate will be required to manage a team of people who should all have an innate passion for delivering outstanding customer and client service on a consistent and reliable basis.
