Human Resources (HR) Manager Position Job Duties And Description


The Human Resources Manager job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining job descriptions for all roles across the organization;
  • Creating and developing employment contracts for new and existing employees in all roles;
  • Conducting meetings with all departmental heads and team leaders to ensure human resources best practice guidelines are implemented and adhered to;

  • Arranging and conducting exit interviews and recommending necessary changes as and when required;
  • Creating and maintaining a pay structure for the organization based on fairness and transparency and also recommending salary revisions if required;
  • Assessing, implementing and maintaining employee benefit processes and authorizing maternity/paternity pay and leave;
  • Undertaking professional development courses and training programs to keep up-to-date with latest employment law practices and policies;
  • Ensuring organizational legal compliance in respect of employment law, GDPR processes and other relevant practices or policies;
  • Training of staff as and when required in respect of employment law and company policy;
  • Maintaining historical employment records for all staff in accordance with appropriate guidelines and law;
  • Creating, disseminating and supporting organizational diversity and fairness policies and promoting law against discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying and other forms of direct or indirect discrimination.
