Digital Marketer Job Description and Responsibilities


In a rapidly-changing world where businesses need to constantly stay one step ahead of their competitors, the need for effective and competent Digital Marketers is ever increasing. To be effective as a Digital Marketer, you will need a number of key skills and attributes that are required by any digital marketing agency or employer.   • Manage all digital marketing campaigns for each client you are assigned to;
  • Maintain accurate records and planning capabilities for each client and digital marketing campaign;
  • Identify the appropriate advertising and marketing campaigns for each client based on their objectives, demographics and industry;
  • Have a thorough knowledge of a broad aspect of marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media campaigns, video-campaigns and content marketing;
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills whilst dealing with all clients, stakeholders and contractors;
  • The ability to create and present up-to-date presentations in order to demonstrate to clients the effectiveness of each campaign in respect of ROI (Return On Investment) you are assigned to;
  • Conduct all digital marketing tasks and duties in a timely manner as agreed with the client;
  • Take responsibility for your own professional development to ensure you stay up-to-date with current digital marketing trends and opportunities.
