It will be your role to liaise with the client/employer to find out exactly the type of profile they are looking for during the recruitment process. The role of a Recruitment Consultant requires an ability to work under pressure, have strong sales abilities, demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be able to follow recruitment agency processes and also be able to create relevant documents and contracts in a timely manner. The main responsibilities include:

The role is not for the faint-hearted and you will need to have a positive attitude and excellent communication/interpersonal skills in order to achieve.
