As an organizational or corporate trainer, you are responsible for assessing the training needs of all employees and then creating tailored training development plans that allow an organization to achieve its commercial and financial objectives.   • Create effective lesson plans that are targeted at the needs of each student;
  • Ensure the organization is compliant from a training regularity perspective;
  • Liaise with employers, team leaders and managers to assess where they are from am knowledge and skills perspective;
  • Keep and maintain accurate training records of all staff;
  • Deliver outstanding lessons and presentations in a timely manner;
  • Conduct assessments to ensure each lesson is absorbed and understood;
  • Develop training strategies and initiatives;
  • Ensure you have sufficient materials to deliver your presentations;
  • Maintain your own competence as a Trainer;
  • Periodically review employee performance and create training sessions based on shortfalls or underperformance;
  • Regularly meet with the senior management team to ensure ethe organizations duties, responsibilities and aspirations are being met through the delivery of effective training.
