Yes! I Want To Pass My Interview!The Supervisor role requires you to establish goals and tasks for all members of staff, including performance standards and deadlines. You will also be required to put systems in place that members of your team can follow when working towards the goals of the organization.
Supervisors have the responsibility of achieving the vision and mission laid out by the company they are working for, and they will achieve these through the delegation of key tasks within their team.
