Research the Role and the Police Force

Before your Police Officer or Constable interview, take time to research both the responsibilities of the role and the police force you are applying to join. Learn about their mission, values, local priorities, and any recent initiatives or community projects. Police forces want candidates who understand the importance of public safety, community engagement, and upholding the law. Demonstrating that you have done your research shows you are motivated, professional, and genuinely committed to serving as a Police Officer.

Prepare for Behavioural and Situational Questions
