1. Seller

The Seller is PassMyInterview.

2. Order Process

2.1 Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you.

2.2 An offer is made when you place the order for your products. However, we will not have made a contract with you unless and until we accept your offer.

2.3 We take payment from your card when we process your order and have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

A full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods. It is our aim to always keep our website updated and all goods displayed, available.

2.4 If you enter a correct email address we will send you an order acknowledgment email immediately and receipt of payment. These are not an order confirmation or an order acceptance from us.

2.5 Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation of the contract between you and us will take place at the point the goods you have ordered are delivered to you to the email address you have given us.

2.6 The contract will be formed at the place of dispatch (electronic transfer) of the goods.

2.7 We do not file details of your order for you to access so please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own record.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment may be made by any single one of the methods indicated on our website; we are unable to process orders with more than one method of payment.

3.2 You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order.

3.3 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.

4. Cancellations and Returns

4.1 If, for any reason, you wish to do so you have the right to cancel any order you have placed. Where the goods have been delivered to you, you may cancel them up to 30 days, starting from the day after the goods were received, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, or there is a fault with the product, please email us ([email protected]) with your order, along with a covering note with the following details:

– Order ID / Transaction ID

– A clear explanation of why the product is being returned

– Full name & email address

– Contact Number

4.2 When ordering download products, please ensure you have ordered the correct product as due to the nature of download products, they cannot be returned if you mistakenly order the wrong product.

4.3 Many of our products include a 30-day money back guarantee (sometimes mentioned as a “pass guarantee” or “pass guaranteed”). If the money back guarantee applies, it will be indicated explicitly on the product page. To claim a refund, please contact us using the cancellation and return policy stated above (4.1). The 30-day money back guarantee includes the initial purchase only, and does not apply to subscriptions, one-to-one training coaching, or the Full Access program. The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply if you order 5 or more guides or resources from this site. This is to protect passmyinterview.com from potential abuse of the guarantee.  

5. ONLINE COURSES AND FREE 30 DAY ACCESS

5.1 Many of our packages include 30 days of free access to an online training course. To access the online courses, you will need to follow the login instructions sent to your email address immediately after purchase. This will be provided on completion of payment.

After the 30 days has passed, access is then charged at the rate indicated on the webpage or at checkout. You are able to cancel at any point before the 30 days free trial ends by submitting a written request via our contact form, or email to [email protected] or by letter to PassMyInterview, Suite 4, 2 Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 1UE. Details of cancelling your subscription can also be found on your receipt. If you wish to cancel a subscription, you must inform us of your intent with at least 48 hours before your next month’s renewal date begins to avoid being charged. Please note, the 30-day free trial starts from the date you purchased your original order.

The online course access is provided on a monthly basis with no minimum contract and can be cancelled at any point by providing written notice in the format stated above. Please be aware, if you attempt to cancel via the unsubscribe links in our emails, this will only unsubscribe you from general correspondence and newsletters, i.e. special offers etc., and you will continue to be charged.

6. FULL ACCESS ORDERS

6.1 As soon as your order is complete you will be able to access all of the guides, training resources, and view the on-demand online courses via your admin account. From there, you can easily create individual user accounts (up to 50) to provide access for your candidates, job seekers, students, and staff anytime so they too get access to all of the training and materials.

The material within the Full Access Program, and on this site, cannot be shared with anyone not directly associated with your organisation. For example, if you are a recruitment agency, you can share access with your job seekers, (they in turn cannot share their access with anyone else), but you cannot share access on a public domain, such as on online forums, websites, or social media. Full Access does not give you a right to resale any of our material and it must be used only in accordance to our terms.

6.2 The Full Access product, and all of the resources contained within, cannot be resold under any circumstances. Nor can they be used as part of another commercial package, such as used to gain leads (known as a “lead magnet”), or as an upsell.

The products sold via PassMyInterview.com and within this resource may only be used for educational purposes where there is no commercial gain to the purchaser or those that use the resources. For example, a commercial career advisory website may not offer these resources, or anyone deemed as a competitor to PassMyInterview.com.

The resources, or user accounts associated with this site, must never be shared or made available on a public domain, such as in a forum or access listed on a resources section. All material is copyright protected and as such cannot be reproduced in any form. This includes, but isn’t limited to: downloading, printing, screenshots, social media, or used in video media such as YouTube.

6.3 Refunds are not available on the Full Access program and it is not covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. 

7. Mock Interview Terms & Conditions

By booking a mock interview service with PassMyInterview, you agree to the following terms:

7.1 Service Overview
The mock interview is a 30-minute one-to-one session conducted via Zoom with an experienced interview specialist. It includes a simulated interview and expert feedback based on the job or role you specify during booking.

7.2 Punctuality & Missed Appointments
You must attend the session at the time and date selected at checkout. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and fewer questions may be asked. If you miss your appointment or fail to attend without notice, your session will be forfeited. No rescheduling or refunds will be provided. A new session must be purchased to rebook.

7.3 Rescheduling Policy
We do not guarantee rescheduling availability. Any changes must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Last-minute reschedule requests may not be accommodated.

7.4 Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never share your details with third parties outside of those listed in the Privacy Policy. Sessions are confidential, and any feedback provided is shared directly with you via secure methods.

7.5 No Recording or Redistribution
Recording the mock interview session (audio, video, or screenshots) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from PassMyInterview. This includes sharing or uploading any part of the session to public platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or similar.

7.6 Copyright
All mock interview content—including questions, format, delivery, and feedback—is the intellectual property of PassMyInterview. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute this content in any form without prior written permission.

7.7 Intended Use
The mock interview is intended for personal development purposes only. It is not a certification, guarantee of employment, or employment screening. The feedback provided is for guidance and does not represent an official hiring decision.

7.8 Behaviour Policy
All candidates are expected to behave respectfully. Abuse, rudeness, or inappropriate conduct during the session will result in immediate termination of the call with no refund issued.

7.9 Technical Issues
It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and updated Zoom software. If a session is impacted by your technical issues, we may not be able to rebook the appointment.

8. Tailored Interview Answers Service

8.1 Authorship, branding, and use of tools

The below terms are in addition to the terms featured on this page. For the avoidance of doubt, the deliverable is provided as an educational resource and preparation aid. It does not constitute a guarantee of interview success, job offer, or progression through any selection process.

We may use third-party tools to support the preparation of your materials, including tools designed to improve clarity, spelling, grammar, formatting, and consistency (for example Grammarly), and may use AI-assisted tools to help check language quality and reduce errors. These tools do not replace human judgment. You remain responsible for reviewing all content and ensuring it is accurate, truthful, and appropriate to your own experience before using it in any interview or application.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• the sample answers may include assumptions and generalised examples where your information is incomplete or unclear

• you must not copy responses verbatim in an interview or application if doing so would be untrue, misleading, or inconsistent with your own experience

• you are responsible for tailoring, personalising, and verifying the final wording you choose to use

8.2 No affiliation with third parties

PassMyInterview, How2Become, Richard McMunn, and any authors or contributors are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, recruiter, or third-party organisation referenced within your materials. Any mention of third-party organisations is for contextual and educational purposes only.

8.3 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassMyInterview, How2Become, Richard McMunn, and any authors or contributors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or claim (whether direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the use of, reliance upon, or inability to use the materials provided, including but not limited to any decision made by a recruiter, employer, or selection panel. You accept that recruitment outcomes are influenced by factors outside our control.

8.4 Intellectual property and permitted use

All resources, products, content, and training provided remain the intellectual property of PassMyInterview unless stated otherwise. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own interview preparation only. You must not resell, redistribute, share publicly, reproduce for commercial use, or upload the materials to public forums, websites, or AI training datasets.

8.5 Refund policy

The “Get hired or your money back guarantee” refund policy applies only to the Tailored Interview Answers Service package fee(the core tailored questions and answers deliverable). It does not apply to any optional upgrades or add-ons, including but not limited to the 24-hour upgrade, priority delivery, additional revisions, additional questions, CV services, or any other supplementary services.

To qualify for a refund under this policy, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must submit your refund request by email within 24 hours of receiving your rejection letter/email from the employer.

• You must attach a copy of the rejection letter/email as proof of rejection (screenshots are acceptable where the full message is visible, including the date/time received).

• The rejection must relate to the same role and employer for which the tailored interview answers were purchased.

• You must confirm that you used the materials as intended, meaning you reviewed the answers, personalised them, ensured they were truthful to your experience, and delivered them in your own words (not copied verbatim where this would be misleading or untrue).

If the above conditions are not met, the refund request will not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be limited to the amount paid for the Tailored Interview Answers Service package only, and will be processed back to the original payment method.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Your participation in the Partner Program (Affiliate Program) is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on subscriptions and products purchased by individuals referred to PassMyInterview.com by your own website or personal referrals.

By registering for or participating in the PassMyInterview.com Affiliate Program (the “Program”), you agree to abide by these Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). This Agreement governs your participation in the Program and is a binding legal contract between you (“Affiliate”) and Intelligent HQ Ltd, trading as PassMyInterview.com (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Approval or Rejection of the Application

PassMyInterview.com reserves to right to approve or reject ANY Partner Program application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain a valid PayPal account for commission payments.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application to the Program at our sole discretion.

Affiliate Account

Each Affiliate is permitted to maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination from the Program and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their account information, including contact and payment details, is accurate and up to date. Failure to do so may result in delayed or forfeited commission payments.

Affiliate Links and Promotions

Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique affiliate link. You may promote our products and services using this link on your website, blog, social media platforms, or other approved channels.

You agree not to:

• Engage in any form of spamming, including unsolicited email or messaging.
• Misrepresent our products or services.
• Use your affiliate link in any manner that is misleading or deceptive.
• Bid on any keywords or phrases containing our brand name or trademarks in pay-per-click advertising campaigns.

All promotional materials must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Commissions

Commissions will be paid upon contacting us to request account balance and payment. We will then look into earnings to ensure accurate data (for example, commission may have been earnt upon a successful referred order, but that customer may have subsequently requested a refund. In this scenario, zero commission will have been earned by the Affiliate).

You may not refer yourself and only one commission may be earnt per referral. For example, if a customer makes two purchases under two accounts, you will only be paid commission for the first order.

Transactions that result in refunds or chargebacks will not be paid out, only successfully completed orders will earn commission.

If the commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from future payouts.

All commissions are calculated and paid in USD. Affiliates must submit an invoice detailing the commission amount due to [email protected] You may send your invoice on a maximum of monthly basis.

Affiliates will earn a commission of 50% on the vast majority of all qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate link. This includes:

50% commission on the initial sale.

50% commission on subsequent subscription payments made by the referred customer (up to 3). This is in part due to protect us from the high increase in “friendly fraud”, where customers will charge back multiple payments at once. Our affiliate system may not pick these up, and you may have already been paid commission for these sales, and therefore, we lose out.

Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and any discounts applied. We also offer free trials, but there is no guarantee the customer will become a paying customer. 

The earnings shown in your affiliate dashboard reflect all approved transactions and take into account refunds, chargebacks, and other adjustments. These figures are final and supersede any external calculations or records.

All valid invoices will be reviewed and paid within 30 working days of receipt, provided the transaction(s) have not resulted in refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.

Please note: We reserve the right to set individual commission rates for specific products or services at our sole discretion. For example, products that involve third-party costs (such as one-to-one training sessions where we pay external tutors) may carry a lower commission rate.

Termination

Your Partner Program application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons without any notice:

• Promotion on coupon websites.
• False claims or inappropriate advertisements (misleading hyperlinks, no mention of paid affiliation etc.).
• Failure to keep customer’s data safe or to abide by the Data Protection Act 2018.
• Spamming (mass link spamming, email blasts, etc.).
• Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement.
• Violation of intellectual property rights. PassMyInterview.com reserves the right to require license agreements from anyone who wishes to use our branding or content.
• Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.

IMPORTANT: In addition to the above reasons for termination, PassMyInterview.com reserves the right to terminate any Partner Program account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy and Coupon and Deal Sites

Promoting your affiliate links on any coupon site, discount site or via PPC bidding is strictly forbidden and a violation of these terms.

Liability

PassMyInterview.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages. This includes, but is not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of commissions etc, due to loss of database files, affiliate tracking failures, Partner Program account closure, product changes, any results of intents of harm to the Partner Program and/or to our website(s), or for any other reason.

Our services may contain errors, be interrupted (for instance, due to maintenance, site closure, hacking etc.), and therefore, we do not make any warranties, or accept any liability for any indirect or accidental damages.

Indemnification

All Affiliates shall indemnify and hold harmless PassMyInterview.com and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, directors, employees, licensees, and successors and assigns from any and all liabilities, fines, damages, claims, costs, judgments, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate, or the closure of Partner Program accounts. Non-Circumvention

Affiliates shall not attempt to circumvent the Affiliate Program by directing referred users or clients to make purchases outside of tracked affiliate links or privately negotiated terms, nor shall they solicit, approach, or enter into direct arrangements with any third-party contractors (e.g. tutors) working with PassMyInterview.com.

Confidentiality

Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information, including but not limited to customer data, commission rates, business practices, or private correspondence with PassMyInterview.com. This obligation continues after termination of the Agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Term of the Agreement

The term of this Affiliate Terms and Conditions Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Partner Program.

We reserve our right to modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time without notice. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Partner Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
